John CH Lush, decadent melding of acoustic and electronic textures. Constantly surprising, always delightful. Favorite track: Diamond Creek Part III.

Riparian Zone, the second album by Bronzewing (multi-instrumentalist Rohan Long), continues a passion for retro-electronica infused with live instrumentation and conceptual elements drawn from the Australian environment.

Riparian Zone incorporates synthesised and live electronic instruments, guitar, bass, saxophone and natural soundscapes recorded by Long in Victoria and Queensland. Influenced by the eighties obsession for world music, Riparian Zone adds middle-eastern stringed instruments (saz and oud) and the African kalimba.

"Jazz Fusion, Progressive Electronic, Ambient, and Library Music. Glorious stuff. Very engaging." – Rateyourmusic.com user 'aroliver'
